- How do I cancel?
- Open Manage subscription and sign in with the email you subscribed with. Cancelling stops the next charge. A delivery already roasted still arrives.
- Can I skip or pause?
- Yes. Email us before your next charge. If you are away for a month, we pause it and start it again when you get back.
- Can I swap the roast?
- Any time. Tell us which coffee and how many bags, and the change starts from your next delivery.
- Can I change my card or address?
- Both are in Manage subscription. The next delivery goes to whatever address is there on the day it is charged.
