Privacy

Short version: we collect what we need to send you coffee, and nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can take payment and send your order. Your phone number is required by our fulfilment partner.
• Your order history, so we can help when something goes wrong.
• Your email address, if you sign up to the letter. Nothing else.
• A cookie holding your bag, so it survives you closing the tab.

Who else sees it

• Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Our fulfilment partner gets your name, address and phone number so they can pack and post the order.
• Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Cookies

We set one cookie, and it holds your bag. It is signed so it cannot be tampered with, and it expires after 30 days. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site, which is why you have not had to dismiss a banner.

Your rights

Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it within 45 days. We will not charge you for asking and we will not treat you differently for having asked.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with its own privacy law, those laws give you the same rights in writing, plus the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the right exists and you can hold us to it.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, because tax rules require it. Newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Contact messages for two years.

Children

This is a coffee shop. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.
