Terms

These terms cover orders placed on this site. Nothing here takes away a right your state gives you as a consumer.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email to confirm it. If we cannot fulfil an order, because a lot has sold out or a price was listed wrongly, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on where the order ships. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a package does not arrive, see the delivery page for what we do about it.

Liability

We do not limit our liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Who we are

Mireles Coffee. Registered entity name, mailing address, and a customer service email and phone number to be added here before the shop goes live. A seller has to be reachable, and several state consumer protection laws require these details to be published.
