Returns

Coffee is a perishable food, so we cannot resell a bag once it has been opened. What follows is what we actually do about it.

Unopened bags

Send back any unopened bag within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund it in full, including the original shipping charge. You pay return shipping unless the order was wrong or the coffee was defective.

If the coffee is not right

If a bag is stale, damaged, or simply not what the label promised, tell us within 30 days. We will replace it or refund it, and we will not ask you to ship it back. We would rather know, because it usually tells us something about a roast.

If you just did not like it

Tell us what you did not like and we will send a bag of something else at our cost, once per customer. Taste is personal and a light Ethiopian natural is not for everybody.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a line about what happened. We answer within two business days.
