Delivery

We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays and post every order within 48 hours of it coming off the roaster. Coffee ordered on a Sunday goes on the Tuesday roast, so it reaches you at its best rather than sitting in a warehouse.

Rates and timing

• Flat $5.95 shipping anywhere in the United States, always tracked.
• Most orders arrive two to five business days after the next roast day.
• We ship to all 50 states. We do not ship internationally yet.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking link once the bag is on its way. If the tracking has not moved two business days after your roast day, contact us and we will chase it.

If something goes wrong

Packages do occasionally go astray. If yours has not arrived within seven business days of shipping, tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. We do not ask you to wait longer than that.
