Light roast
$22The wildest coffee we make. Dried whole in the cherry under the Ethiopian sun.
The farm where it all began. Aurelio’s first slope, still worked by his daughter Rosa.
Grown by Rosa Mireles, second generation, at Huila, Colombia, 1,850 m above the sea.
La Cumbre sits on the cold, cloud covered hillside in Huila that Aurelio bought in 1961 and everybody told him was too high for coffee. The cold still slows the cherries down, and they still come off the slope sweeter than anything in the valley below. If you only try one, try this.
Meet the familyRoasted medium. Sweet and round, with enough body to take a splash of milk.
Happy anywhere. French press on a slow morning, espresso when you are in a hurry.
Scaled for a 12 oz bag. Adjust to taste, then write it down.
The wildest coffee we make. Dried whole in the cherry under the Ethiopian sun.
